UPS Access Point lockers help to make life easier for customers who can't have their packages left at the door. Now customers that might have missed a package during their home delivery, can utilize our UPS Access Point® lockers to receive deliveries on their schedule.

Choose your delivery location as a UPS Access Point™ at the time of ordering your goods. UPS handles delivery from supplier to elected UPS Access Point. Provide proof of identity to collect your parcel. Notification sent and your parcel awaits to be collected at a time convenient to you.

Merchants can ship directly to UPS Access Point® lockers, and customers can redirect a package to any locker when they like. To do this, enter the address of a UPS Access Point® as your delivery address when you create your shipping label.

It means the recipient or the shipper requested this shipment to be held at a UPS Access Point. If the request is completed, it will no longer be delivered to your house. The tracking page will indicate at which UPS Access Point the shipment will be available for pickup. Upvote 1 Downvote.

Can you hold my packages while I'm away? Yes, if you're a UPS My Choice member, The UPS Store and other UPS Access Point locations can hold your package for up to seven calendar days at no additional charge. UPS Customer Centres can hold your package for up to five business days.

When UPS delivers to a locker, it means that the package has been delivered to a secure locker that is accessible to the recipient with a unique code or key. This is a convenient option for those who may not be available to receive a package in person or who want to avoid the risk of package theft.

Parcel lockers work in the following manner: The mail carrier or the delivery personnel will unlock the locker and place the package in it. Smart parcel lockers have a keypad, QR code, or barcode scanner. The delivery person must enter the code or scan the package to access the locker.

Lots of retailers offer parcel Locker collection – just select it as a delivery option when you check out. When your parcel arrives, you can collect it at any time over the next 3 days. We'll send you a code to enter at the Locker, which will unlock the door to your parcel – it's that simple!

A key will be left in the mailbox to be used as a parcel locker key. This key has a tag that indicates the parcel locker that contains the item. Insert the key into the correct parcel locker, and the mail piece can be retrieved. The key will remain in the locker once it is inserted.

A selected UPS Access Point location has received the shipment and it's ready to be picked up at the receiver's convenience.

If you're unavailable when UPS attempts delivery at your address, UPS may deliver your package to a UPS Access Point^® location near your home, where your package will be held for you to pick up for 7 calendar days.

Shipping to UPS Access Point lockers provides a convenient way to receive packages securely. This option stores packages in lockers until you pick them up. The process ensures safe storage and easy access for package retrieval.

It's a place, usually a nearby shop or convenience store, where your customers can collect or drop-off packages when it's convenient for them.

The package will be seized and the sender and recipient may face legal consequences depending on the laws of the state or country where the package was sent and received.

Most parcels take just 1 working day to be delivered. Each UPS Access Point™ has a daily collection from UPS (excluding weekends). The collection time for each UPS Access Point™ can be found here.
