Mrs. Silverberg was born on December 29, 1916 in Sioux City, lowa and was a daughter of the late David and Bessie (Kosberg) Baker. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the chapel. Mr. Sheffer was born April 7, 1929, in Dover Twp. He was the son of the late Claude and Lena (Krout) Shaffer.

He retired from York Building Products Co. in 1991 as a mechanic after more than 40 years of service. Following his retirement he continued utilizing his mechanic skills by helping Dover area friends and neighbors with their lawn mower repairs. He was an avid hunter and was a member of the Dover Fish Game Club. He was a NASCAR fan and especially enjoyed following the local area races.

He also enjoyed riding snowmobile. Mr. Sheffer is also survived by seven daughters, Kay L. Wagman, wife of the late Knute "Luck" Wagman and companion of William Duerr of Manchester, Cathy A. Shank, wife of Gordon of Hanover, Donna M.

Ziegler, wife of Barry of Dover, Susan J. Sheffer, wife of Kenneth of York, Sandra J. Zirkle, wife of Clifton of Dover, Patricia E. Angel, wife of Terry of Dover, and Jill E. Sheffer of York; eight grandchildren; two brothers, John Shaffer of Dover and Wayne Shaffer of Rossville; three sisters, Frances Weaver of York, Arletta Gross 3 and Jean Seifert, both of Dover; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters. She had received numerous awards and citations for her excellent job performance. She was a member and past president and current vicepresident of the Stewart Post American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Stewartstown. She was an avid gardener and nature lover. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Billy G. Petway Jr.

and Jody E. Petway, both of Fawn Grove; three daughters, Sharon L. Booth of New Park, Kathy E. Seitz of Dallastown and Dorisjean T. 'Doodle' Herrell of Windsor; eight grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren; three brothers, Jr.

and John E. Reed, both of Pasadena, Md. and Tom J. Reed of Martinsburg, WV; two sisters, Elvira L. 'Bootsie' Lucas of Curtis Bay, Md.

Mr. Krammes was born December 28, 1918 in Pottsville. He was the son of the late Raymond E. and Margaret R. (Gauker) Krammes.

He was a heavy equipment operator for G.A. F.C. Wagman in York from where he retired in 1981. Mr. Krammes is also survived by two sons, Randall E.
