  @dkass @Xfinity I was just in the phone with them last night. They clearly don’t care about their customers at all. My bill jumped almost $30 without any change to service and they changed it back when I called it out, but they did so begrudgingly and made it reallllllly difficult along the way.

  @optimum Yet AGAIN internet outages in Robbinsville, NJ. How is it you always have outages but never miss a beat with rate increases for the WORST service in NJ? Optimum having a monopoly in this area should be a crime. Comcast is 100 times better.

  @Xfinity Shouldn't bills be lower seeing as you are capping and charging people more during a pandemic? Just got an email telling me I'm at 75%. My bill is the same it has been but now for less service?

  So I guess starting this year @Xfinity is now capping its customer's internet data usage, then charging overages. I'm at 90% as of today, but if Ev was learning remotely I'd be over for sure. This is such a scumbag move by them. It's predatory, plain and simple. Weighing options.

  @NickG2210 @UConntweets I tried sling tv both packages. Xfinity was trying to charge me more for internet than cable. A neighbor clued me into a bootleg cable service lol, p*rn channels included. 500 channels for $20 a month. If you're into Spanish they had that too. European channels. Got that too.
